First, Assign Code Of Ethics UNIKOM Employees as follows:

1. UNIKOM Employees is a citizen of Indonesia who is dutiful to  Almighty God, and based on the philosophy of the State of Pancasila and the Constitution of the State in 1945.

2. UNIKOM Employees must carry out UNIKOM Organization culture, PIQIE (Profesionalism, Integrity, Quality, Information Technology, Excellence), as a working basis.

> Professionalism: discipline and Responsible for Task or Work, Working Efficiently and Effectively, Oriented to the Future.

> Integrity: Maintain Honor and Good Name, Keeping trust of Stakeholders, work honestly and correctly, Obey the Rules and Code of Ethics, Dedicated, Dutiful To Almighty God.

> Quality: Provide the Best Quality on Class, Education System, Academic Services.

> Information Technology: utilizing information technology to All Activity Class, Education System, Academic Services.

3. UNIKOM Employees is the best choice of profession with the ability to provide quality service and administrative.

4. UNIKOM Employees must be in office during office hours, 07:00 to 16:00, except the foreign service.

5. During office hours, 7:00 to 16:00 pm, UNIKOM Employees forbidden to working at other universities / companies.

6. UNIKOM Employees must be carry out the tasks assigned by the Head of Department for the development and advancement of the parts.

7. UNIKOM Employees must be continue to develop and enhance its capabilities and always adapt to the development of science and technology.

8. UNIKOM Employees must be uphold truth and honesty and avoid themselves from acts that violate the norms, such as the academic administrative irregularities, abuse, plagiarism, manipulation or falsification of data belonging to others.

Second, Require to all UNIKOM Employees (Permanent Employees and Employees Internship) to implement the Code of ethics UNIKOM Employees.

Third, Violation of the Code of Ethics Employees are liable to be a warning to dismissal as UNIKOM  Employee.
