In response to the MOU which already agreed last year, among other discussion is regarding the lecturer and student exchange between UNIKOM and Kolej Universiti Islam antarbangsa Selangor, therefore on Wednesday January 27th, 2010. Unikom receive the visit which straight lead by the rector of the university Kolej Universiti Islam antarbangsa Selangor himself, Prof. Dato’ H. Mohd Adanan bin Isman, accompany by the dean of Pengajian Siswazah center, Dr. H. Ahmad fauzi bin idris and the dean of informatics science and technology, wan Samsul Bahri. This meeting also attend assistant of the head of university, the dean, development director, vice director of ICT and multimedia, and head of the informatics engineering Unikom.
On that meeting, Kolej Universiti Islam antarbangsa Selangor invited UNIKOM to became the head committee / organizer together for event of seminar“Integration 2010, Regional Conference on Knowledge Integration in ICT “ which held in Cyberview Lodge Resort & Spa, Cyberjaya Malaysia. On June 1st 2010, which will review theme of “ Hi-tech and Hi-Touch in developing nation” with sub theme , ICT Islam Education, Multimedia, E-community, Human Capital and ICT, Mobile computing, Informatics, Cognitive science, Natural & Artificial Knowledge. KUIS also request willingness the rector of UNIKOM Dr. Ir. Eddy Soeryanto Soegoto, as keynote speakers that will be open directly by minister of high education of malaysia.
Unikom welcoming the invitation on this cooperation and suggest to KUIS for UNIKOM can invited other universities in Indonesia to be participate and to be a part along to join as committee in that seminar under Kolej Universiti Islam antarbangsa Selangor and UNIKOM shade. According to Prof. Dato’ H. Mohd Adanan bin Isman, this cooperation will is expect to bring science and technology to the high level so eventually bring the nation side by side with the existing technology.
On this opportunities Kolej Universiti Islam antarbangsa Selangor also submit the international seminar proposal with topic of economic and finance which plan to held in December in UNIKOM, the proposal is well accepted will take step further by UNIKOM.
The meeting end by exchange of souvenirs from Kolej Universiti Islam antarbangsa Selangor and UNIKOM, continued with taking picture together, before leave UNIKOM the guest have the chance to see the computer laboratories and post graduated room of UNIKOM. |
