THE VISITING OF BINADARMA UNIVERSITY             Unikom welcomed The University of Bina Darma's party On Wednesday, December 12 2007 . That welcomes placed in Unikom Auditorium, and attended by 26 students from Bina Darma University as well as their 5 lecturers. This party were from Informatics engineering department. They were welcomed by Chief Major of Informatics Engineering, Muhammad Nasrun, ST,MT and a Chief of Unikom Center, Ir. Taryana as the speaker and the performance of the presentation. This visiting has a purpose to work out a closer cooperative between Unikom and Bina Darma University , and also to look directly the using of Information Technology in Unikom. The Presentation from Unikom was represented by, Muhammad Nasrun, ST,MT as the chief of Informatics Engineering. Muhammad Nasrun explained about the history of Informatics Engineering in Unikom and its development which based from initiative from the lecturers, trusteeship management, and their programs for Informatics Engineering of Unikom for upcoming years. The applying of information technology in Unikom, was explained by the chief of Unikom Center , Ir. Taryana. He generally explained Unikom Profile, as the institution based on information technology. He also explained about Unikom sites, and its advantages, such as digital library, online grades, online SMS, online student and academic affairs, online lecturers, touch screen and cyber net facility for Unikoms student. In this opportunity, the students from Bina Darma University were also gave the chance to asking and sharing about Unikom.
