BASIC LEADERSHIP TRAINING             On Tuesday, December 11th 2007, The Government Science Department, Faculty of Social and Political Science, held The Basic Leadership Training. This activity has a theme : Through the Basic Leadership Training in Our Campus, We Will Increase the Quality of Leadership to Success Togetherness Between Students in Government Science Department. It took place in Unikom’s Auditorium. Before the activity was opened, the attendant have to register first. The chief committee, Tatik Rohmawati, SIP, was open this activity, and the Dean of Social and Political Science, Prof. Dr. JM. Papasi gave his speech that explain the important of Information in organization, because the organization need some actual  information. This activity has 2 session. First session which begun at 08.30 with organization teoritical topic, explained by Tatik Rohmawati, SIP, and Rino Adibowo, SIP, as the moderator. In this session, the concept of organization was explained, with the characteristics, principals and resources of organization. One of the small organization in university environment is Student Association. In the second session, with leadership and Development of leadership topic, Nia Karniawati, SIP, MSi, came as the speaker, and Tatik Fidowati, SIP as the moderator.The session was explained the leadership theoretical generally, combined with simulation by the attendant.     Back --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
