The Seminar of Introduction of Management Spesialization             On June 6th 2007, the Management Department of Unikom held The Seminar “Introduction to Management Specialization”. The seminar that took place in Unikom Auditorium was attended by students specializing in Management in the 5th semester with key note speakers lecturers in the Management Department. In her speech, the Head Officer of the Management Department, Rahma Wahdiniwaty, Dra.,M.Si said that this specialization seminar is the instrument for students to realize their different options and to choose correctly according to their interests and capabilities. Based on category, management departments consists of  5 kind of specializations, namely: Marketing Management Specialization, Financial Management Specialization, Human Resource Management Specialization and Operational Management. Some explanation from each field of specialization gave students insight and also a view of management departments in general, especially for those who will specialize in the 5th semester. For the students who don’t understand the process yet,there was a question and answer session that involved all participants in the seminar.
