UNIVERSITY UTARA MALAYSIA VISIT TO UNIKOM             On Thursday, December 13th 2007  Unikom was visited by 20 lectures  from University Utara Malaysia (UUM), the groups welcomed by Vice Rector of Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Idrus Affandi, SH and Vice Rector of Student Affair and Coordination, Dr. Aelina Surya. The groups visit purposes are as a  guest lecture event chain with schedule on Friday December 15th 2007. The guest lecture held at  Unikom auditorium presented two lecturers from Malaysia ,  Drs Musafir Kelana, MA  with title “ Globalization and Transformation of Indonesia Student Role” at 9 am until 11 am. Attended by International Relation student and Lectures from Faculty of Social and Political Science. In his explanation the lectures of Faculty Pengajian UUM said that in globalization have less two warning, the first globalization is a process that cant be avoidable and the second globalization will impact to three things, economic, politic and Social.  Except that he also told that Indonesian student have to a leader and pioneer in entrepreneurship, socialism, science and Technology because Indonesia needs a leader who have well physical health, good moral, expert in science and technology, not only make smart national life but also gain to world save based on social justice and lasting peace.  Indonesia not only rich with pure tradition value  but also have natural resources welfare. And the second explanation from Prof. Madya Dr. Zulaikha Jamaludin, with title “Interaction Design for various Application Posture”, the all of Unikom lectures come to be participant. She tried to introduced IxD program.  It’s a program that give easy way for end user when used any kind of application program.  Its not only used in computer field but also adaptable to used for social science.
