| TOP 24 BEST UNIVERSITIES IN 2010 |

Since Quality Assurance has been introduced in university, Internal Quality Assurance System (SPMI) of university has been developed, and there were 126 Good Practices based on self evaluation of a university.
Related to that, The Directorate of Higher Education for year 2010 has conducted evaluation toward universities in Indonesia with the objective to observe and evaluate the implementation of quality assurance system in universities all around Indonesia.
From those evaluation results, 357 universities have been chosen which after they were assessed by SPMI self evaluation, 66 universities have been passed to run site verification. DIKTI, afterward, conducted evaluation toward 5 instrument compositions: SPMI PT policy, SPMI PT manual, SMPI PT standard, SPMI implementation, and sustainable improvement of SPMI PT. The result of site verification determined 24 universities which had been chosen as The Best Universities year 2010.
Indonesia Computer University (UNIKOM) is one of top 24 best universities that implemented Internal Quality Assurance System. This thing has been indicated through several implementations as follows: |

The determination of 8 national education standards, starting from content standard, learning process standard, graduates competency standard, lecturer and educational staffs standard, facilities and infrastructure standard, management standard, funding standard, and educational assessment standard, added with 3 standards to exceed minimum standard such as: information system standard, science experimental standard, and standard of public dedication. |
