| THE STUDENTS OF JAPANESE DEPARTMENT IN UNIKOM, ACHIEVED 1ST, 2ND, 3RD WINNER IN THE 2010 JAPANESE SPEECH CONTEST |

The UNIKOM’s students reshowed their excellencess when participating in the Japaneese speech contest at Japaneese Culture Week or Bunkasai XXXVI that was held on May, 21st – 22nd, 2010. The competition that was participated by various state and private universities that have Japanese Department- held in two groups include Junior group (A) and Senior group (B).
On this year competition, the students of UNIKOM’s Japanese Department sucessed in achieving proudly achievement due to their ability to take away 6 winners title, they are the 1st winner of senior speech contest won by Aulia Agung Barkah, the 2nd winner of senior speech contest won by Yoza Achmad Adidaya, the 1st winner of junior Choukai/ listening contest won by Chandra Gumilar, the 2nd winner of junior speech contest won by Lista Srikandi, the 3rd winner of junior speech contest won by Wasistha Waseenha Putri, and Reynaldi Firdaus achieved the 3rd winner in the Quiz Contest.
The senior group winner of Japanese Speech Contest will represent West Java in the Japaneese Speech Contest in National level that will be held on June 12, 2010 at RRI Auditorium, Jakarta.
The sucessful is appreciated by UNIKOM’s Rector by giving the schoolarship to all of them. Additionally, UNIKOM’s student also gain Monbukagakusho schoolarship from Japan Government to study in Japan University.
This year, Auliya Agung Barkah has suceed in the selection of Monbukagakusho schoolarship. Other achievements have been achieved by UNIKOM’s students, such as finalis on the 2009 National Japaneese Speech Contest that was held by the Japan Foundation. For those achievement, The Ambassador of Japanese-His Excelency Mr. SHIOJIRI Kojiro had visited UNIKOM to submit the reward directly to UNIKOM’s student-Auliya Agung Barkah.
Various achievements that have been achieved by UNIKOM’s Japanese department students are the 2nd regional winner in West Java in 2009 Bunkasai and the 3rd winner in the selection of JENESYS 2009 held by The Japan Foundation for West Java Area, Finalis of the Japanese Speech Contest for national level that was held by University in Jakarta cooperating with Takushoku University, Japan in 2008 and 2009 and won special award as the best writter of speech text in the 2007 Japaneese speech contest that was held by University in Jakarta cooperating with Takushoku University, the 2nd and 3rd winner in Quiz Contest in Bunkasai 2008.
UNIKOM’s Japanese Department opens the opportunity for the high school and vocational school graduates to continue their study, in the field of literary especially in the field of japanese literary. Through computer subject by total 23 semester credit, by material covering software, hardware, internet and computer aplication based on japanese language as compulsory subject, the students are directed for gaining competitive excellences.
