The Admission of New Student |

| |
New student acceptance of UNIKOM is carried through the entrance examination (USM) and the Program of Tracing of Interest and Talent (PMDK). The students admitted are the applicants that are competent, pass from USM selection, and meet the administration requirements from the committee of new student acceptance. |

The Admission of the transferred students among faculty/department in UNIKOM |

| |
|
|
| |
| 1. |
The first and second semester students are not allowed to move to other faculty/ department in UNIKOM. |
| 2. |
The students who propose for inter faculty transfer must follow the entrance examination (USM). |
| 3. |
The admission is performed in the beginning of academic year. |

The Admission of Student from other Universities |

| |

|
| |
The process of student transfer from other university is based on the following consideration: |
|
| |
| 1. |
The accreditation status of the previous faculty/department/diploma program is the same as or higher than the status of UNIKOM’s faculty/department/program accreditation. |
| |
|
| 2. |
The admission is performed in the beginning of academic year. |
| |
|
| 3. |
The first and the second semester students who will move to UNIKOM must meet the requirements of new student. |
| |
|
| 4. |
For students at the third semester or higher must apply: |
| |
| a. |
Placement test from the faculty with a satisfied result |
| b. |
Take the courses and examination in which they are not converted. |
|
| |
|
| 5. |
The Procedures of Student transfer from other university are defined as follows: |

The students must submit a written application to Rector of UNIKOM by attaching: |

The copy of STTB |
| - |
The copy of NEM |
| - |
The academic transcript |
|
| b. |
The rector with the recommendation of Dean will write an approval/ refusal letter based on the students’ application. |
| c. |
The students must complete the requierements: |
| |
| - |
Letter of transfer from the previous university. |
| - |
Letter of transfer from the Coordinator of Private Higher Education (KOPERTIS) in which the university is originated. |

| |
Foreign students are equally treated as other students by equipping all the requirements. |

The statement of not participating in any political activities in Indonesia |
